Hey there, long time Shuttle user, this is something I've seen in other players but Shuttle seems to lack, so I'll get it out there.

If a music file has multiple tags, for example: Rock/Alternative Rock/Indie/Britpop or Jazz/Country/Indie

Shuttle will create a "Rock/Alternative Rock/Indie/Britpop" and a "Jazz/Country/Indie" list in the genre section, instead of separating them like so: Rock Alternative Rock Indie Britpop Jazz Country

Can this be implemented somehow? It kind of defeats the purpose of using the genre section since most of my music files have multiple tags.

Look into how genres are currently parsed and displayed in Shuttle. The fix involves splitting genre tags that contain '/' and storing each genre separately. Examine the music library scanning code, likely in the media store or database insertion, to modify genre handling. Check for any existing tests or configuration that might affect implementation.
