UI for selecting quality during export is ambiguous

Currently you have to vaguely select the output quality by using an unmarked slider when exporting in a lossy audio format.

Describe the solution you'd like

A way to type in the bitrate you want instead.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Perhaps a slider with labels for certain bitrates so that I don't have to export it several times until I get the one I want.
