Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Audacity/Tenacity looks for audio devices only on startup. If you plug in another pair of headphones or a mic while it is running, the drop down menus are not updated.
Describe the solution you'd like
A way to manually refresh the list of audio devices already exists in Transport > Rescan Audio Devices - this should be executed every time a new audio device is plugged in or removed.
