I don't like modal editing and I really like the command palette approach to discovering commands to run (ala FZF).

It would be amazing if there could be a whole bunch of keymappings that feel natural for vscode/sublime/atom users.

調査方針
The request is to add a non modal editing style similar to VS Code/Sublime. Spacemacs currently uses modal editing (Vim or Emacs). To implement, examine how existing editing styles are defined in the layers directory (e.g., layers/+distribution/spacemacs editing). The command palette is already triggered by SPC; a new style would need to rebind keys for natural VS Code behavior. Check comments for any existing work or discussion on keybinding preferences.
