調査方針
This issue requires adding a new language generator for Julia. The existing generators (e.g., for Python, Ruby) use templates to produce API client code. A contributor should examine one of these implementations to understand the required structure and then create a similar module for Julia. The Julia ecosystem provides HTTP clients like HTTP.jl that can be used. There are no existing PRs or comments to guide, so the contributor must rely on project documentation and examples.
