[help wanted] Support Saving images into user-define registry.

Issue Description

Sealer embedded registry is not an high available image registry. Some users need an high available registry for image distribution. So they may request saving images into a specific registry(not sealer-embedded) at build stage.

Describe what feature you want

We take registry as basefs for now. I'm considering if we need to adapt several open-source registries to satisfy various demands for image distribution?
