Change default keyboard layout based on menu selection

Description

This issue would change the default keyboard layout that appears on the letter keys for the user. #312 will create the menu option for this issue and this one will handle switching the layout in the keyboard itself.

Included in this issue:

• Making the switch possible
• Adding alternate keyboard layouts to the InterfaceVariables files for each keyboard
• Removing the French-QWERTY keyboard

Note:

• Blocked by #16, #309 and #312
