[Bug] Keychron Q11 ISO not recognized after computer shutdown

Describe the Bug

The keyboard is not detected (keys not working, no backlight) after the computer is shutdown and powered on again. It has to be disconnected and reconnected multiple times so it can work again. It has been tested on multiple computers and usb cables.
