Describe the Bug
in RP2040 Core,cannot have the right usb power.
my keyboard's power limit is set to 500mA, it has 172 WS2812B(110x3528+62x5050) LEDs, but my keyboard only can have about 170ma's power.
i tried some of my usb ports,even if usb hub with extra power,but also only can have almost 170mA.
think it's a bug?
