説明

It would be useful to be able to use that API safely available from wrapper code. It seems now that some extra effort would be needed to make it work, because sometimes it throws and sometimes it won't?

調査方針
Investigate the Python warnings C API (e.g., PyErr WarnEx) to understand when it throws exceptions. Study existing pybind11 wrappers in include/pybind11/detail/ for similar Python API calls. Design a safe RAII wrapper that handles both throwing and non throwing cases. Test with various warning categories.
