The text of "Search" bar is too big

Actual Behavior

The placeholder text of the "Search" bar should be equal to the "Language" and "Accessibility" dropdowns. Currently, the Search bar font is larger than the other two. This only appears on desktop.

Expected Behavior

The Search bar, Language dropdown and Accessibility dropdown should all have the same font size on desktop.
