Describe the bug

The "ES2015 exports introduced. Not side-effect free yet, hence limited tree-shake ability." Tooltip in the Size-per-package-Version graph is displayed behind the graphs bars, possibly making the tooltip text unreadable. image

The issue is a CSS layering bug where the tooltip appears behind the graph bars. Look at the tooltip and graph components in the bundlephobia frontend code. Inspect the z index values and ensure the tooltip has a higher z index or is positioned correctly. A simple CSS fix should suffice.
