[Good First Issue]: Enabling aten:reverse functionality

Context

I would like to work on the following issue:

aten::reverse

What needs to be done?

Enable the support system for list of operations in Pytorch Frontend. I plan to implement a custom reverse_tensor function for reversing tensors. I’m aiming to add a functionality for tensor reversal in PyTorch. Do you have any thoughts? I’m open to suggestions.
