Provide Design Tool Stickersheets for Designers [Idea/Longterm]

Design teams are not bound to the limitations of the web platform as they begin a design, and are also not aided by browsers with a starting point. This is partially the cause of the conflict we are trying to resolve with this group (extensibility and increased form styling capabilities)

For default platform UI elements, it would be great if there was an official repository of browser-based UI "stickersheets" for design teams to have as a resource (the default "appearance" states for each form element). This group seems like the right folks to maintain such a library, and I feel it would be a great way to bridge the gap between designers and developers in this space.
