Background
There are cute little images on all the tiles now, very nice:
Expected behavior
When I click on the image, I should go to the page it indicates. e.g., I'd expect that clicking on the educator lady would bring me to the Educators home page.
Actual behavior
Clicking on the image brings me to the image itself, which is almost never what I want.
e.g., https://docs.openedx.org/en/latest/_images/educator_undraw.png
Fortunately, explicitly clicking "Educator's Home" works fine.
