When a new release is tagged, automate the process of updating the PKGBUILD version and also version it inside this repository.

Examine the existing release process in the repository. Look at the referenced issue https://github.com/tectonic typesetting/tectonic/issues/54 for similar automation. Review the Travis CI deployment documentation at https://docs.travis ci.com/user/deployment/releases/ to understand how to integrate. Consider modifying the PKGBUILD file and adding a script to update version numbers on tag.
