In the docs, there is a link to a process_highlight_dates.ipynb notebook that no longer exists.

The notebook is present in commit aac0c36, but is no longer in the main branch.

Perhaps updating the docs or restoring the notebook would be possible.

The issue is a broken link in docs/usage workflow.rst at line 9 to process highlight dates.ipynb. The notebook existed in commit aac0c36 in the binder/ directory but was removed. To fix, either restore the notebook from that commit into binder/ or update the RST file to remove or correct the link. No additional discussion or dependencies are present.
