Set up project structure and dependencies

Task Description

Create the basic project structure and set up all necessary dependencies for the sentiment analysis project.

Requirements

• Create a requirements.txt file with the following dependencies:
  • pandas
  • scikit-learn
  • numpy
  • matplotlib
  • seaborn
  • nltk
• Create a basic project structure:

• Update README.md with project description and setup instructions

Acceptance Criteria

• All directories are created
• requirements.txt contains all necessary packages
• README.md explains the project and how to set it up
• Virtual environment setup instructions are included
