[meta] Publish current, vetted metrics to the Mozilla Metrics Pipeline/sql.t.m.o

We're working to publish our perf-test results/metrics to the Mozilla Metrics Pipeline ingestion point, as a new Telemetry ping: https://docs.telemetry.mozilla.org/cookbooks/new_ping.html

The resulting metrics would show up/be available as a datasource on https://sql.telemetry.mozilla.org/

CAVEAT/NOTE: Separately, but blocking this step, is figuring out the right schema(s)[0] - I'll get an Issue and then a discussion (likely via public Google Doc, linked to the Issue).
