We need to keep a close eye on our https://www.csdn.net test runs; see attached screenshot here of a test using Firefox Nightly - Cable, timing out (yet reporting separately, with (2nd) attached screenshot, says "Fully Loaded":

The differences in (reported) states, at least, is probably something to file an Issue for, ask Patrick Meenan about, etc., especially if it's related to Firefox's ability to reliably test slower sites, at least via WebPageTest.
