Description of the new feature / enhancement
In most cases the UI is right-angled (classic Metro style), while in some cases it's rounded corner(modernized Fluent UI).
That means the UI of PowerToys is not very coordinated.
I use Windows 10 now and prefer the classic Metro style, but for Windows 11 users, they may prefer modernized Fluent UI, adding a button to switch UI mode should make PowerToys looks more coordinated and will be very much appreciated by both Windows 10 and Windows 11 users !!

Scenario when this would be used?
Scenario when this would be used : Every PowerToys user's daily use. We will be happy to change the UI mode according to our prefererces.
