Scroll down to the bottom of any card
Click on the Add Content button and select "Text"
Hover over the new "Text" field and select the ... button on the left
Mouse over the "Insert above" option
Without clicking on anything, scroll down so the mouse is below the context menu

Context menu should be fully visible without requiring any scrolling. Related to https://github.com/mattermost/focalboard/issues/2189
