This question is not about a bug. It's just that we need answers that we couldn't find in the documentation.
In a nutshell, we are trying to do two things:

Adding a single event drop to the timeline.

Once the event is added, we would like to programmatically scroll so that the current date and time is aligned with the right edge of the EventDrops view port.
For the moment, my main concern is the ability to add a single event.
