nice example - false negative for the more specific branch GetDC/BitBlt/CreateCompatibleDC.
maybe we need to:
- add DISPLAY* to CreateDC
- add Gdip routines (GdipCreateBitmapFromScan0, GdipGetImageGraphicsContext, GdipGetDC)
