説明

Once a torrent is fully downloaded, torrent-stream should switch into a seed-mode until destroyed in order to be a better swarm citizen.

This issue requests that after a torrent is fully downloaded, torrent stream should automatically switch to seed mode until the client is destroyed. The existing codebase likely has separate download and upload logic; you'll need to find the download completion handler (e.g., in the 'piece' or 'file' events) and trigger seeding. Check referenced issues for context, and look at the 'torrent stream' module's internal state to see how to start seeding. No linked PRs, so you'll need to design the implementation from scratch.
