The value window for the Pin (Type Input) is broken if the base is set to decimal, resulting in the following screen:

The window allows resizing, and so when I resize it to have a few pixels of extra space in width and height, the value is correctly rendered:

This happens on the external widescreen monitor where there is no "scaling" factor set in windows. On my main laptop screen, which has a zoom factor of 150%, the window is rendered correctly right away:
