Selecting an Orchestrator via a complex hexadecimal string is excessively complicated UX.
Describe the solution you'd like
As a Broadcaster, I want to be able to select an Orchestrator by specifying their ENS name.
For example, -ethOrchAddr livepool.eth should resolve to -ethOrchAddr 0xf4e8Ef0763BCB2B1aF693F5970a00050a6aC7E1B
