説明

As part of #156 I included a new method to WinHandler, got_focus(). This should be called whenever focus changes to a different window. This is implemented in mac but needs to be implemented for windows.

調査方針
Look at the existing mac implementation of `got focus()` in the druid codebase (likely under `src/platform/mac/`). Understand how window focus events are handled there. For Windows, you'll need to handle `WM SETFOCUS` and `WM KILLFOCUS` messages and call the `got focus()` method on the WinHandler. Check the Windows platform module (e.g., `src/platform/windows/`) for existing event handling patterns.
