Describe the problem

theming.md documents useRebrandedShapes and its component token objects. SparkFeatureFlag also has useRebrandedButtons: Boolean = false but theming.md makes no mention of it.

Describe the solution

Add a useRebrandedButtons subsection alongside the useRebrandedShapes section describing what it controls.
