Have Couriers to move to the corresponding rack in the werehouse

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure that my issue is not covered there.
• I made sure that this change request is not a duplicate of any existing change request.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

From my observation, Couriers seem to interact with the Werehouse block only, they never move to any racks to deposit or take out items.

Enhancement or Change description

• Have Couriers to move to an empty rack to put stuff in
• Have Courier move to the rack with matching items to take out
