Allow Filtering by "All Applications" and "All Data Sources"

Enhance the filtering functionality to support selecting "All Applications" and "All Data Sources" options, enabling users to view aggregated or unscoped data more easily.

Current Behavior:

• Filters require users to select specific applications or data sources.
• There's no built-in way to view data across all apps or sources in a single view.

Expected Behavior:

• Users should be able to select a default or explicit "All" option for:

  • Application
  • Data Source

• When selected, charts, tables, and logs should display data across all relevant entities.

Proposed Tasks:

1. Update UI components (dropdowns, multiselects) to include All Applications / All Data Sources options.
2. Adjust API or query logic to interpret the "All" selection as no filter (or wildcard).
3. Ensure that selecting/deselecting specific items overrides the "All" selection gracefully.
4. Add visual indicators to make it clear when viewing aggregate data.
