Instead of few lines in the README file, we should make use of project wiki for all information necessary to contribute the project.
Acceptance Criteria
- The first page for development wiki is created in https://github.com/kaizendorks/pymongo_inmemory/wiki
- Development section in README file is edited out and replaced with a link to the wiki.
