説明

I want to check what ip or users (any given key) has exceeded the ratelimit on my apis. I would have liked if django-ratelimit had that option -> for example a function which returns blocked ips, remaining block time as a dictionory.

I would like to work on it and send a PR. Is that ok ?

Start by examining the django ratelimit source code, particularly the rate limiting logic and cache key storage. Look for existing functions that check limits and implement a new method to query stored keys. Check issue #210 for any maintainer input that may guide implementation. Ensure the new function respects the cache backend and key format used.
