Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Installing @jimp/bmp brings some files in the node_modules/@jimp/bmp/test/ directory.

Examine the package.json or .npmignore of @jimp/bmp to understand current packaging. Check if other sub packages have similar configurations. Consider using the 'files' field in package.json to exclude test directories. Optionally, add a global .npmignore at the repository root.
