test(runtime-host): UDS session-branch tests exceed the 5 s shutdown deadline under CI load

Tests: two UDS Clients share stable Session creation, CAS configuration, and catalog continuity and two UDS Clients share exact retryable Session branch and revision authority (packages/runtime-host)
Failure mode:
AggregateError: Runtime Host shutdown did not cleanly close every resource
AggregateError: Unable to close Runtime Host execution composition
Both tests time out at ~5.5 s and fail with shutdown resource-close errors.
Observed: #2279 and #2270 test_runtime_host; both passed on rerun. Unrelated to the dependency changes under test — also seen on a @types/node-only PR.
Suggested fix: extend the deadline or make the close sequence report progress; investigate whether shutdown stalls on a specific resource under load.
