It would be great to have a way to cancel running commands, through the diag cmds interface will be the ideal way to do this.

Examine the `commands` and `diag` packages in the kubo repository to understand how diagnostic commands are implemented and registered. Review issue #3114 to understand the broader context for command cancellation. Determine the best way to cancel running commands, possibly using context cancellation or a signal mechanism, and design an API for cancelling by command ID.
