I've wanted a PathArg type for the commands libs that will validate that the content its passed is a valid ipfs path, and allow typed access to that to the consumers of the cmds.Request

Investigate the existing argument types in the commands library (e.g., StringArg, IntArg) to understand the pattern. Look at the IPFS path validation functions in the core/path package to see how paths are validated. Implement a PathArg type that conforms to the same interface as other argument types. Ensure the new type validates IPFS paths (e.g., /ipfs/... or /ipns/...). Add tests to verify validation.
