I'd want an ipfs repo state cmd that can output the local state of an ipfs repo, boiled down to one hash.

Start by examining the structure of existing commands in the 'commands' directory (e.g., commands/repo.go). Understand how the repo state is currently exposed via HTTP API (if any). Then identify the internal function that computes the repo state hash. Similarly, for 'pin root', look for how the pin manager works in core/pin/. After understanding, implement the CLI commands following the pattern of other subcommands. Ensure to update the command help and integration tests.
