Town Population screen (with the well), replace the "MAX" button by a "RECRUIT" button

In fheroes2, a "BUY" "RECRUIT" button would be more appropriate for this screen. (edit 2025/01/14.)

"Recruit".

Instead of:

"Max"

The text should be:

"Recruit all creatures in the town (if there are enough free slots available).
