説明

If I have a repository with a lot of binaries, I wouldn't want the indexer to index those. Conversely, I might want to target specifically only a specific file type (i.e. *.java)

調査方針
Examine the hound codebase to understand how files are currently included/excluded. Look at the configuration file parsing and the indexer module. Consider implementing a file type filter similar to .gitignore patterns. Review existing tests for indexing to ensure new filter works correctly.
