説明

It appears to be non-trivial to set up and use python and ruby protoc generators alongside this project. We should ship examples of integrations with these languages (at a minimum).

Create similar setup instructions and example code for Python and Ruby users, ensuring the protoc plugins work correctly with custom gateway options. Review the two existing comments on issue #345 for any additional requirements or concerns raised by maintainers.
