Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, we use a mix of Travis CI and Kokoro to run tests. Kokoro test results are invisible to the external contributors and require a maintainer to kick them off.
Describe the solution you'd like Move unit and integration tests to CloudBuild.
Describe alternatives you've considered Kritis uses Travis CI and Kokoro. In Grafeas, Circle CI is configured to run unit tests, but the plan is to move to CloudBuild as well.
