I have set up my rack close to exactly as you suggested. For all its frustrations, it's accomplished my objective which was to consolidate my multiple devices and make them relatively portable.
I have two RPi5's and one RPi4 installed. My HA is running using HAOS booting from NVMe on an RPi5 in slot one with only a Nabu Casa Zigbee adapter as a USB load. CPU temp monitored at 50 degrees Celcius, spiking to 70 degrees for a few seconds when backups run.
Slot two has an idle RPi4, slot 3 is empty, and slot 4 has an idle RPi5. All devices were powered from the block you spec'd.
Last week, my HA device literally powered down. No warning, no log messages. I moved the power wire to a different port on the power block, but it ran for 10 minutes and then powered down. Always powers right back up if I unplug and replug, but inevitably turns off after a few minutes.
Software and firmware seemed unlikely given the lack of log messages and other evidence, so I broke out my non-compliant RPi power supply. It has been running stable for a week now.
Is this an artifact of HAOS? Why did it just now act up. It had been running fine for weeks.
