There are over 20 million of Kazakh speaking population in the Globe, whose interest in learning growth exponentially. Hence, contributing to the source in the Kazakh language would benefit both ends.

調査方針
The task is to create a Kazakh translation of the main README.md file. Look at the existing README.md for structure and formatting. The new file should be named README KZ.md. There are no comments or linked PRs, so the implementation is straightforward.
