調査方針

Locate `marker.ts` and `problem marker.ts` in the repository. Move `marker.ts` under the `browser` directory and ensure it is exported from there. Move `problem marker.ts` under `browser/problem` and export it from that directory. Verify that no imports are broken by the move.
