Locate the DiagnosticInfoWithSymbols class in the Roslyn codebase (likely in src/Compilers/Core/Portable/Diagnostic/DiagnosticInfoWithSymbols.cs) and override the Equals method to include the Symbols field in the equality comparison. Follow the same pattern as the base DiagnosticInfo.Equals implementation.
