説明

Possibly checking the babel version in the project (cwd) and using babel-register or @babel/register depending on the version.

Investigate the current babel registration call in src/cli.js (line 29). Determine how to detect the project's babel version (e.g., by checking package.json dependencies). Then conditionally require the appropriate register module. Test the change with projects using babel 6 and 7.
