The issue requests adding a TODO list to track authorship of writeups for specific CTF events (cyber security challenge 2015, sCTF 2015, school ctf winter 2015). There is an open question from the maintainer regarding the authorship of sCTF writeups by @abdilahrf. Review any existing files in the repository for authorship tracking, and create a new file (e.g., AUTHORS.md or a section in the README) that lists these events and their authorship status. Check if @abdilahrf or others have responded to the question in the issue comments.
