調査方針
Review the existing tab implementation in the main index.html or JavaScript files. Look at how other tabs (e.g., ES6, ES7) are structured. Check issue #1052 for context on modules support. Implement a new 'Modules' tab following the same pattern, adding it to the navigation and displaying compatibility data from the relevant data files.
