What happened?

The same as bug 4885 (which was closed without a resolution). https://github.com/cline/cline/issues/4885 I observe the issue on Linux, using vscode with devcontainers.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open VS Code on Linux (ubuntu 24.04)
  2. Open Cline extension
  3. Try to use the keyboard shortcut Shift + Win + A to switch between Plan and Act modes
  4. Observe that nothing happens - no mode switch occurs

Operating system: Ubuntu 24.04. See bug https://github.com/cline/cline/issues/4885 for other users experiencing this problem on other OS-es. Ideally, the bug resolution would also introduce a configurable way to change this keyboard shortcut (I could not find it in vscode keyboard shortcuts)
